As a Senior Developer Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and platforms within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem. Your expertise in streaming data, Kafka migration, and GCP services will contribute to the success of our data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• The resource will be involved in developing new solutions and enhancing existing solutions for our telecom customers.
• The job involves converting the high-level design specs into low level design and implement it. The resource will have to support the integration testing and UAT phases
• Knowledge of Telecom solutions and having worked on high performant systems would be an advantage.

Technology Skills

• Primary Skill: Java/J2ee and Microservices, REST & SOAP Web services, Spring JPA & Spring Security.
• Secondary Skill: Java script, Micro services, Any DB, Kafka, Web Application.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Java Technology
• Should have worked in a development environment for a minimum of 4 years
• Exposure to Agile practices and tools
• The job involves converting the high-level design specs into low level design and implement it. The resource will have to support the integration testing and UAT phases
• Knowledge of Telecom solution and having worked on high performant systems would be an advantage
• Should have aptitude to learn new tools, technologies as the need arises.
• Willing to work in shifts (11:30 am to 8:30 pm /1 pm to 10 pm (IST)).
• Typically holds any Engineering graduate degree from a recognized school.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science-engineering, or related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in Java, with a focus on Microservice.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and microservices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
