The Role
As the Head of Sales you will be a leader who thrives in the details, spots trends others miss, and builds a culture of accountability and performance. Your leadership style is anchored in driving results through data-driven insights and fostering a high-performance, results-oriented culture.
You will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership to Dashdot’s Sales Team, ensuring alignment with key performance metrics while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth.
Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will lead with precision and purpose, fostering a collaborative, positive, and high-performance team culture that consistently exceeds targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance-Driven Leadership: Lead the Sales Team with a focus on key metrics to ensure all activities align with monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Performance & Metrics Management: Set clear and pragmatic sales targets, track KPIs, analyse data, and optimise conversion rates.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering accountability and continuous learning.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a long-term sales strategy, ensuring alignment with Dashdot’s broader business goals.
- Process Optimisation & Operational Excellence: Continuously refine sales processes, leverage technology, and drive efficiencies across the sales team.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of escalation for complex client issues, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.
As Head of Sales, you will play a key role in identifying market trends, fostering accountability, and nurturing a high-performance culture through data-driven decision-making. You will provide strategic oversight while executing operational leadership, managing both sales leadership and the broader sales team to drive excellence, foster continuous improvement, and ensure team readiness.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Experience leading in a start up or scaling business, ideally having grown a company from $20m – $50m
- Expertise in CRM systems, sales analytics, and forecasting tools (ActiveCampaign preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales funnel management and process optimisation.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- A curious, strategic, and data-driven mindset that thrives on problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
