JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for achieving the Sales Budget as defined in the balance score card.
  • Deliver against sales and revenue targets for existing customers and identify and target new sales opportunities.
  • Provide appropriate and high quality of advisory services on trade finance & cash management for existing and potential customers.
  • Manage sales pipeline which include up selling & cross selling of the Bank related product & solution.
  • Work with all product partners and other channels within Maybank (Cambodia) Plc to drive and deepen the wallet size and increase market utilization of Trade & Cash Management solutions and services.
  • Planning, execute and manage all aspects of Trade, Cash Management FI Products and Strategy
  • Assist the bank in providing efficient pre & post services of trade & cash management to all customers by assessing and provide input to improve on existing products features.
  • Enhance and develop product/packaging/promotions for Trade and Cash Management
  • Monitor all trade finance & cash management transactions are adequately supported by operations staff and the relevant controls are duly emplaced to mitigate the bank’s risks.
  • Ensure that all applicable laws and regulations in Cambodia and internal policies and procedures on trade businesses are complied with at all time.
  • Assume additional duties and responsibilities as directed.

Job Requirements

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Accounting/Banking/Finance/Economics or equivalent in related field
  • Advanced level of English proficiency in both writing and speaking skills
  • Strong track record in growth sales environment
  • Understanding of trade regulations and rules (e.g. UCP600, URDG758 etc.) and transaction banking products.
  • Understanding of working capital, accounts payables and receivable resolutions.
  • Deep understanding of the financial management of a Financial Institution and the various management reporting definitions, income and cost allocation/transactional costing principles, earnings drivers, ratios etc.
  • Ability to cope with tight deadlines
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience.
