Job Purpose We are looking for in our “Human Resources Coordinator” here is the required qualifications below; Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Labor Economics, etc.).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent management, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement processes.
- Experience in providing strategic HR solutions by working closely with business units.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with HR systems is a plus.
- Advanced level of English.
Job Description
- Act as a strategic partner to business units and effectively manage HR processes.
- Lead recruitment processes, enhance talent acquisition strategies, and improve the employee experience.
- Support performance management, career planning, and talent development processes.
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase employee engagement and motivation.
- Identify training and development needs and contribute to the creation of training plans.
- Support workforce planning, organizational development, and HR analytics.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and legal requirements.
