Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist

Contract Type: Permanent with 180 days probation

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team and implement cutting-edge optimization solutions and strategies for our high-value customers. In this role, youll have the opportunity to work across various digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, and TikTok to optimize and elevate marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement optimization strategies and solutions for high-value customers, focusing on paid digital ads.
• Manage and optimize ads, with a strong focus on Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital marketing channels.
• Create keyword packs, optimize bids, and suggest budget strategies.
• Develop deep expertise in Google products (Google Search Network, Mobile, and YouTube) through optimization techniques.
• Analyze data and trends to generate meaningful insights for clients and create reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• German Speakers – Fluent or Native
• At least 12 months of experience in optimizing digital advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platforms).
• Strong Excel knowledge for data analysis and reporting.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of KPIs and how they influence campaign success.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Base Salary: 23,000
• Premium Bonus/Monthly: 3,240
• Meal Allowance: 7.63 per workday (net amount, paid on a meal card)
• Transportation Bonus: 720 per year
• Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of yearly gross base salary
• Total Monthly Compensation: 2,356
