Job Summary

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing the training project, the team, client relations, the agenda, demand control, the quality of the materials developed, online and face-to-face training.

Main Activities

  • Team schedule control
  • Control of delivery deadlines
  • Quality assurance of deliveries
  • Content validation
  • Consultative analysis of client needs
  • Educational and solution proposals

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related areas.
  • Previous experience in training development management
  • Experience of managing consultants’ schedules
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in the automotive sector would be a plus
  • English/Spanish desirable
