Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager for our B&L division. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience with strong technical skills in MS Excel. Experience in Post Close Function and Loan Processing is a plus. This role requires working from the office during night shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing team operations and ensuring efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team promptly.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and provide regular updates on team performance.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel.
  • Have experience in Post Close Function and Loan Processing (nice to have).
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
  • Display effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a proven track record of achieving targets and driving team performance.

Certifications Required
