We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking project that is set to redefine how creators and advertisers connect in the digital space.

Ideal Candidate

In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design team, with a strong focus on UI/UX and a clear pathway to growing into an Art Director position. You will be responsible for crafting engaging digital experiences, designing social media content, and developing visually compelling web designs. Beyond execution, you will also cultivate leadership skills, refine creative direction capabilities, and play a pivotal role in shaping the brand identity across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will not only drive innovative design initiatives but also lead and mentor a small creative team, ensuring consistency and excellence in all visual outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Creative Workflow: Manage projects from concept to completion, including brainstorming, mood board development, and final execution, ensuring all deliverables reflect the brand’s vision and quality standards.
• UI/UX Development: Collaborate with the Tech team and Product Manager to design intuitive user experiences and interfaces for products, developing responsive web pages from the ground up.
• Brand Identity & Design Consistency: Work closely with business and marketing teams to develop and maintain a distinctive brand presence across all channels, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
• Social Media & Marketing Assets: Create compelling digital content and promotional materials for various platforms, producing high-quality visuals that support campaign goals and deadlines.
• Creative Ideation: Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and visual narratives that drive user engagement and strengthen brand identity.
• Visual Design & Animation: Produce eye-catching graphics and visual assets, with the potential to incorporate motion design for added impact.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and support a 3D Motion Designer, honing art direction skills while ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

Tools:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Expert-level experience with Figma, specializing in UI/UX design
• Experience with After Effects (preferred but not mandatory)

Technical Skills:

• Skilled in documenting and managing the creative process from concept to final delivery
• Strong expertise in UI/UX design for both web and mobile platforms
• Proficient in creating responsive web layouts
• Experienced in designing for social media platforms
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles

Creative Direction:

• Expertise in developing and articulating a creative vision
• Proven experience in defining visual direction for projects
• Strong ability to think conceptually and tell a brands story
• Skilled in transforming business needs into impactful design
• Impressive portfolio showcasing UI/UX design and social media work

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in digital design
• Previous/Current Experience in a technology related sector like Blockchain/Crypto/Web3/AI
• Excellent project management capabilities
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring creative teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Skilled in accepting creative direction and feedback while juggling multiple projects under time constraints.
