Task & Responsibilities

Manage daily hotel or motel operations, Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, Recruit, train, and supervise staff, Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, Monitor budgets and financial performance, Maintain hotel or motel facilities and ensure cleanliness

• Directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activitie
• Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model for the Motel
• Lead kitchen, housekeeping and reception staff members to perform their best and to provide excellent customer service
• Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations, etc.
• Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, agencies, event/function planners, etc.
• Observe liquor, arcade games, and other laws and regulations
• Manage bookings, room rates and revenue control
• Manage the online image of the business and the room rates
• Provide necessary training and performance feedback for all employees ?
• Supervise work at all levels overseeing receptionists, kitchen staff, maids, office employees and set clear objectives for each department
• Communicate with customers when appropriate, welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information
• Plan and execute recruitment processes for staff of all levels and departments?
• overseeing accounting and purchasing activities

Qualification & Experience

Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management

One to two years of experience in hotel or motel management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Knowledge of hospitality industry trends
