Job Overview

As a Talent Acquisition – Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting top talent, managing the hiring process, and ensuring an outstanding onboarding experience for new employees. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, screen candidates, and facilitate a seamless transition from offer acceptance to full integration within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

Source and attract top talent using various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.

Screen and assess candidates through interviews, resume reviews, and skills evaluations.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.

Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.

Onboarding:

Develop and manage a structured onboarding program for new hires.

Coordinate and facilitate orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and expectations.

Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure all onboarding materials and documentation are complete and up-to-date.

Provide support to new hires during their initial weeks to address any questions or concerns.

Monitor the effectiveness of onboarding processes and make continuous improvements.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and employment regulations.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or onboarding.

Strong understanding of recruiting techniques, hiring processes, and onboarding best practices.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an HR consulting or agency environment.

Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.

Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS, or LinkedIn Recruiter certification).
