About the role:

We are seeking a conscientious, internally motivated Product Marketer with 2+ years of experience in insurance, marketing, SaaS, or product marketing. This role is critical to driving market research, positioning, sales enablement, product adoption, and go-to-market strategies for our platform and solutions. You will work cross-functionally to support product launches, customer advocacy, segment-specific initiatives, and strategic content development to enhance CyberCube’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Expansion
  • Conduct market research to inform product positioning, competitive intelligence, and global expansion strategies.
  • Develop and refine segment-specific strategies, objectives, and initiatives to drive adoption and market growth.
  • Voice of the Customer & Social Proof
  • Capture customer insights through interviews, surveys, and engagement strategies to inform messaging and product decisions.
  • Develop and maintain customer case studies, testimonials, and social proof assets for marketing and sales enablement.
  • Support client appreciation initiatives to enhance customer retention and advocacy.
  • Positioning, Messaging & Content Development
  • Support positioning and messaging efforts for CyberCube’s products and services, ensuring alignment with market needs.
  • Collaborate on the creation of company collateral, reports, and thought leadership content to enhance brand authority.
  • Organize and support SME-driven thought leadership content to strengthen industry presence.
  • Product & Partner Marketing
  • Assist in product and feature launch planning and execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Develop and maintain segment-specific product collateral, including one-pagers, decks, and sales enablement materials.
  • Support partner marketing initiatives by developing co-branded assets and messaging.
  • Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Conduct sales enablement research to ensure teams have the right tools, content, and messaging to engage prospects effectively.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve collaboration, communication, and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Support platform adoption through targeted campaigns, customer education, and webinars/events.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, SaaS, Insurance, or B2B Marketing.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills, with an ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate research into actionable insights and positioning strategies.
  • Experience with voice of the customer programs, sales enablement, and product marketing collateral.
  • Passionate about data-driven decision-making, customer engagement, and driving product adoption.
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cyber insurance, risk analytics, or financial services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and product marketing tools.
  • Experience with webinars, partner marketing, and industry events.

Compensation Range: $80K – $100K
