Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving employee engagement and organizational performance through effective talent management strategies.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with experience in managing labor relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and
inspire diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in facilities management and
administrative operations is a plus
