Pay Range: $50,000-$70,000 per year.

About The Role

REV Robotics is seeking an exceptional, self-driven Executive Administrator to support the CEO in achieving company objectives. Duties of the Executive Administrator will be primarily providing direct support to the CEO in the areas of:

  • In-depth data analysis
  • Extensive special project management
  • Coordinating meetings and schedules
  • Managing CEO communications, both internally and externally

REV is committed to providing quality, low-cost educational robotics parts for STEM Education, and the Executive Administrator should utilize their skills as necessary to support that mission

Executive Administrator Responsibilities

  • Meeting & Communication Management
    • Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items.
    • Distribute meeting summaries and ensure appropriate follow-up.
    • Screen and manage CEO’s emails, visitors, and requests.
  • Project & Strategic Support
    • Manage special projects and track progress on strategic initiatives.
    • Conduct in-depth research and data analysis for long-term objectives.
    • Assist the CEO in completing action items via Monday.com and other tools.
    • Identify process improvements to optimize efficiency.
    • Support the creation and execution of the company roadmap.
  • Operations & Compliance
    • Set up and maintain international registrations using Avalara.
    • Coordinate facility repairs, maintenance, and office supply management.
    • Work with Operations and Engineering teams on implementation tasks.
  • Event & Travel Coordination
    • Plan company events and coordinate logistics.
    • Arrange travel for employees and ensure smooth execution.
  • Cross-Departmental & External Relations
    • Assist other departments as needed.
    • Represent REV and/or the CEO at events when necessary.
  • Confidentiality & Documentation
    • Handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Organize and maintain company records across platforms.
  • Travel
    • Travel up to 5% of the time

Qualifications Summary

  • Bachelor”s degree in STEM or business (or 4+ years of relevant experience).
  • Comfortable learning new software and technology quickly.
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Highly skilled in analyzing large datasets, summarizing insights, and creating reports.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Odoo), e-commerce (BigCommerce), project management (Monday.com), accounting (QuickBooks Online), and ticketing systems (Freshdesk) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solver with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new projects.
  • Experience or interest in FIRST robotics, STEM education, or similar competitions is a plus.
  • Ability to become a Notary.
