This position belongs to our European Procurement Department with work location at Huawei Romania Office, located in Bucharest, Globalworth Building, Aurel Vlaicu area.

Job Title: Junior Procurement Specialist

Job Location: Bucharest, Romania

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist company by providing outsourcing service and material management practices, including supplier qualification, supplier selection, on-site management, supplier performance evaluation, etc.
  • Assist company by providing professional suggestions of best practices on contract draft and negotiation.
  • Responsible for supplier relation development.
  • Responsible for supplier selection project managements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3 years related working experience.
  • Good knowledge of organizational structure, activities, policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in company software packages.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must be proficient in English.

Business Skills

  • Communicate skills/business management capability/ services assurance management capability.
  • Strong learning ability, committed to work world-wide for the implementation of international bidding organization and coordination.
  • Good team player with excellent team spirit and good interpersonal communication skills.
