Position Overview

This role will be responsible for creating data analytics reporting, performing business volume forecasting, system performance and supporting future requirements that support the Connected Vehicle Services technical and Product teams, as well as supporting Marketing and Customer Support engagement within Commercial Services. The analyst will streamline processes related to SWAT support for product launches including report automation and maintaining working datasets of information. The data analyst must be able to analyze, prepare, and present complex data in a simple, understandable manner. This position is a hybrid role with a minimum of two days in the Mesa office per week.

What you’ll do

• Manage and Monitor systems that support both internal and external customer needs including but not limited to Salesforce and custom developed solutions.
• Analyze system performance and results to report back to the team and/or partners
• Ensure deliverables and stated objectives are met by understanding and validating business and technical requirements are consistently met
• Responsible for reporting and validating data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes.
• Communicate and work closely with teams to gain in-depth understanding of the daily business needs and develop requirements and reporting solutions to meet those needs
• Synthesize findings and derive conclusions from analyses and make recommendations
• Document requirements, support documentation, process, and help guides

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science or equivalent experience
• Proficient in data validation, manipulation, comparison
• Familiarity with analytic algorithms, statistical analysis, and forecasting
• Familiarity with tolling, vehicle telematics and other Connected Vehicle technologies
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Experience automating jobs, emails, and reports
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Office
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to provide the data analysis narrative and results delivery
• Ability to deliver results work in a fast-paced, team environment under tight deadlines
