We are looking for a personable Tour Specialist to join our property management team at Tripalink. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless, informative, and engaging tour experience for prospective tenants at our properties. As the face of our properties, you’ll play a crucial role in representing our brand and driving occupancy across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Tour Management: Conduct in-person and virtual tours for prospective residents, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property, unit, and community.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage an organized schedule of tours, coordinating with property managers, leasing agents, and other team members to ensure a smooth experience for all visitors.
- Tenant Communication: Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for prospective residents, effectively addressing questions and providing insights on the property, local amenities, and lease terms.
- Reporting: Track tour metrics, feedback, and conversion rates, providing regular reports to the leasing and marketing teams to help inform future strategies.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, serving as an ambassador for Tripalink’s brand values and customer service standards.
- Property Preparation: Ensure show units are clean, organized, and well-presented before each tour, coordinating with maintenance and cleaning teams as necessary.Drive to various locations across Seattle to conduct property showings.
Requirements
- Driver’s license: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience: Prior experience in property management, leasing, or a customer-facing role preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage and build rapport with prospective tenants.
- Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tours and follow-ups daily.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using property management software, virtual tour tools, and CRM systems.
- Customer Focused: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and an eye for detail.
- Flexibility: Ability to work weekends as needed to accommodate prospective tenants’ schedules.
Compensation
The estimated hourly cash compensation for this role is $22/hr with mileage reimbursement plus commission.
