Overview:
We are seeking an experienced National Facilities Director to oversee the management and maintenance of our facilities across all locations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our physical work environments, while optimizing operational costs and supporting business growth
.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-site facilities, leading cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. As the National Facilities Director, you will develop and implement facility management strategies, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and collaborate with key stakeholders to align facilities operations with organizational goal

Responsibiliti

Create, review, revise, maintain, and implement the organization’s corporate-wide facilities management p - lan.Audits and summarizes maintenance on assigned equipment for all facilit
- ies.Ensures all facilities and equipment are ready for regular business and special eve
- nts.Devises a system for maintaining warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for various pieces of equipment at each facil
- ity.Maintains the inventory, storage, and distribution of equipm
- ent.Create and compile monthly reporting processes for all operations departments to ensure compliance with regulat
- ionsEstablishes standards for work-order process
- ing.Provides recommendations for purchases of new equipment. Develops and maintains professional relationships in federal, state, and local regulatory agenc
- ies.Prepares and submits applications and reports to applicable regulatory agenc
- ies.Responds to requests for information from regulatory bod
- ies.Maintains current knowledge of regulations applicable to the comp
- any.Monitors regulatory affairs and the effect changes will have on company operati

Requirem

Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maint - ained.Ability to maintain basic records and warra

Education and Expe
- rience:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field pr - eferred.7+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a national or multi-site leadersh
- ip role.Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and environmental st
- andards.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving
- skills.Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor relati
onships.
