Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- To enable New Product Development through APQP, CDMM DE Role.
- To have hands-on experience of developing Motors and Controller.
- To have in-depth knowledge of motor types and motor manufacturing processes.
- To ensure part development as per Project requirements i.e., Proto, Tooled up parts, PPAP Approval.
- To define product and process requirements.
- To perform technical synthesis and sign off with stakeholders.
- To identify and map correct supplier base.
- To send RFQs and do manufacturing feasibility study.
- To do ZBC for part and FTG.
- To plan and execute FTG.
- To establish run at rate/capacity as per volume projections.
- To conduct VAVE workshop for cost reduction.

4 to 6 Years

B.E./B.Tech
General Requirements
- Sound Knowledge of Development and Sourcing of Electrical Motors and MCU.
- Good knowledge of PPAP, APQP, SPC, CMVR regulation.
