Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and people-driven Assistant Manager HR and TA to drive HR initiatives, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies. This role involves collaborating with business leaders, managing end-to-end recruitment, and ensuring an engaged and high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and talent gaps.
  • Build a strong employer brand and drive initiatives to enhance candidate experience.
  • Manage recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Leverage recruitment tools, social media, and networking to expand talent pipelines.
  • Drive employee referrals, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Support HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Support High Performance Team culture, succession planning, and career development programs.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy compliance.
  • Conduct regular HR analytics and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Work on HR automation and digital transformation initiatives for efficiency improvement.

Requirements

  • MBA in HR or a related field is preferable
  • 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS, HR software, and HR analytics tools.
