About The Client (AU)

Key Responsibilities
- Raise purchase orders for each retail store to ensure adequate stock of core range products at all times using established and approved lead times, MOQ’s, preferred stock levels and replenishment triggers to determine quantities and frequency.
- Using available internal and external freight options and parameters, determine the most efficient and cost-effective delivery for each purchase order raised.
- Email purchase orders to suppliers for retail core range products.
- Raise stock transfer orders between retail locations and warehouse hubs for consolidated shipments and combined orders.
- Check purchase order confirmations to ensure accuracy of items, qty and pricing.
- Log any purchase orders to be freighted from our internal network on the Order Hub.
- Monitor delivery, receipt and fulfillment of all purchase orders and transfer orders raised.
- Liaise with accounts as and when required to update status on outstanding orders.
- Notify and liaise with the Business Services Director regarding any changes or notifications to item pricing.
- Regularly monitor recent sales and current stock levels
- In liaison with the Business Services Director and sales team, monitor any changes to sales trends or purchasing habits requiring a review to current item preferred stock levels and replenishment triggers.
- Regularly meet with the sales team to discuss current and forecast changes to sales trends.
- Regularly meet with the Business services director to discuss demand planning, stock control and turn over, pricing, logistics and core range updates.
- Drive continuous improvement across purchasing processes.
- As part of the Business Services Team, you will also participate in providing assistance and support to officers in other areas of the department, such as HR, procurement, and compliance as need and opportunity arises.
- Any other duties as required by the Business Service Director.
Work Schedule (Dayshift)
- Monday to Friday (7AM-4PM; Manila time)
Work Setup (WFH)
- Permanent Homebased
- Equipment will be provided by the company
- Candidates are required to have a stable/reliable internet connection at home with AT LEAST 20MBPS for BOTH download AND upload speed
