We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team.
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to a group of Senior Executives located in multiple locations across both remote and in-office locations. The role is responsible for anticipating the needs of the leaders they support, enabling their capacity, and ensuring focus to support the collective success of the team.
Responsibilities include managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, organize conference calls, calendars, and appointments. The position manages travel, meeting agendas, and scheduling and coordination of events. The Executive Assistant supports the development of materials to be utilized both internal/ external to the organization to include information tracked and content developed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other proprietary applications.
Success in this position requires the ability to build strong relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, effectively prioritizing and managing stakeholder requests, and fostering engagement on behalf of the executives supported in alignment with the leadership direction of the team.
The Executive Assistant uses discretion, judgment, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive’s activities and those of their team while maintaining both professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/ GED)
- 7+ years’ demonstrated experience supporting senior executives/ leadership
- Experience supporting multiple executives in a matrix/ distributed structure is highly preferred
- Previous experience in financial services and/or the mortgage industry preferred
- Previous project management experience with successful outcomes
- Demonstrated experience working successfully in a fast-paced work environment
- Well-developed knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Microsoft Project or other project management software preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals both internal and external to the organization
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to explain decisions and the reasons why to promote understanding and buy-in with others
- Strong judgment with the ability to evaluate and decision management schedules and tasks

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is between $61,110.40 -$81,598.40
- This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
