stc is actively recruiting for the role of Building & Construction Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the design and execution of fit-out projects for stc.
Roles and Responsibilities
Your role will include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring the completion of designs for new sales outlets/branches in coordination with the sales and branding teams.
- Adhering to the branding guidelines for the design of new shops.
- Reviewing and approving designs for franchises.
- Preparing designs for administrative buildings internally or with the help of external consultants as needed.
- Managing the execution of approved designs for sales outlets and administrative buildings.
- Resolving any issues that may arise during the execution of fit-out projects.
- Monitoring project execution and highlighting any potential delays to management teams.
- Preparing executive progress reports.
- Providing value engineering advice during the design phase to deliver efficient cost savings.
- Introducing and implementing sustainable practices in the design and execution of fit-out projects.
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a relevant role (Design Architect, Civil/ MEP Engineering, and/or structural engineering).
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
