Job Description
In this exciting role, you’ll support our Senior ECommerce Trading Manager and operate cross-functionally, particularly with our Digital Marketing and Buying and Merchandising teams, to coordinate product messaging to our customers across all online touchpoints, including homepage, category pages, and promotional spaces.
You’ll be entrusted to ensure optimal product visibility and commercial performance through new on-site real estate opportunities, implementing localised trading plans for key territories, and maintaining brand consistency across all digital channels including Arsenal.com, Arsenaldirect.com, and our club app.

Your day-to-day
- Own and maintain a centralised trading calendar – you will proactively manage a centralised trading calendar and parter with our Buying and Merchandising team to ensure the buy is supported
- Collaborate with colleagues across our club – you’ll partner with our Marketing and Product teams to ensure content and creative requirements are met for ECommerce and amplified across our channels and you will help define future requirements and improvements for business tooling
- Deliver exceptional product launches – you will take pride in owning internal communication plans for product launches and teaming up with colleagues to ensure we execute all major launches, hype drops and promotional activity, brilliantly, first time, every time
- Develop and maintain the homepage strategy – you’ll ensure messaging is aligned across marketing channels, store, email, social, and paid to support product launches, and business objectives
- Create and oversee content – you will relish the opportunity to create, curate and optimise webpage and app content, ensuring consistency with brand voice, tone, and messaging across the website
- Monitor content performance and user engagement – you’ll diligently review how our content is performing and our user engagement, making data-informed content improvements, including frequency of updates on devices and you will report on content KPIs and make recommendations to leadership and share updates on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Build out a localised plan – you will ensure we are relevant in all key territories from a seasonal standpoint

- Genuine passion for ECommerce – you come with an innate enthusiasm for ECommerce and you have a curious mindset and a tangible awareness of market trends
- Experience in using a CMS – you’re well versed in working with a CMS and confident using it effectively
- Best-in-class stakeholder management skills – you’re able to build impactful and lasting relationships with a range of senior colleagues and tailor your tone and approach as required
- Excellent attention to detail – you can deliver tasks with skill, accuracy and urgency without compromising accuracy and quality
- Adept at multitasking – you back your ability to prioritise your time and work across multiple projects concurrently
- Data-first mindset – you’re equipped with data analysis skills to track and optimise content performance
