About Us Join our dynamic team and play a critical role in supporting the IT operations of a rapidly growing cannabis company. We’re looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Associate with strong technical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do As an IT Help Desk Associate, you will: Provide hands-on troubleshooting and user support for hardware, software, and network issues. Maintain and manage Microsoft Teams, Azure, and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. Assist with software installation and updates. Perform routine network maintenance to ensure system reliability. Collaborate with the IT Director and other departments to address technical needs. What We’re Looking For Experience : Proven experience in an IT Help Desk or similar technical support role. Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Azure, and POS systems. Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge. Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. Certifications : CompTIA A+ certification preferred. Soft Skills : Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively assist end-users with varying levels of technical knowledge. Training & Schedule Training : A comprehensive 6-week, 1:1 training program with our IT Director to ensure proficiency. Training Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday-Friday. Regular Hours : Post-training, the schedule will be 2 PM – 10 PM, with required weekend days (5 days on, 2 days off). What We Offer Competitive compensation. Generous employee discounts.
