Job Purpose
We are expanding our media & digital team at Asian Paints. Being amongst the most admired brands in India, this role will work closely with the marketing function to ensure best in class media experiences are created for our consumers.
Business Responsibilities
- Drive media strategy (planning & buying) for key brands – All Media expertise
- Analytics – working closely with research & media partners to work on sharper media offerings
- Impacts & Innovations – driving new media goals & impact strategies for the brand
- Performance marketing for a select set of brands
- Focus on driving newer digital pathways to take the brand closer to consumers
- Driving associations with key partners within Asian Paints & with external partners (agencies, publishers, etc.) as well
- Driving content & new age media associations for the brand

Driving associations with key stakeholders
Working closely with agency partners, publishers, platforms & brand teams to drive key media & brand objectives.
Impacts & Innovations
Driving new age media associations & innovations
Closing the impact framework & driving meaningful associations
Driving Digital Campaigns for AP
Driving brand specific campaigns. Driving efficiencies & effectiveness is what the key measurables will be.
Work Experience: Minimum 10 Years
Education: MBA
