Job Responsibilities :

Job Purpose

HR Associate IR is responsible to do researches on various union practices, wages structure for different industries / states, maintain track of litigation cases, support team leader to maintain harmonious relations.

Co-ordinate for settlement of disputes / grievances and maintain MIS.

Job Accountabilities

1 – Maintain and publish MIS on litigation matters, disputes / grievance received v/s settle.

2 – Co-ordinate to ensure industrial health.

3 – Set compliance process

4 – Preparation of industrial relation policy.

5 – Co-ordinate with location IR leads

6 – Set disciplinary section process

7 – Research on labour laws/amendments/regulations

8 – Revision of minimum wages PAN India # update MIS and ensure correct minimum wages.

9 – Set contract labour management process

Education Requirement :

  • MBA/ PGDM (HR/Industrial Relations)

Experience Requirement :

  • Minimum experience of 5 years in similar field

Skills & Competencies :

  • Good presentable skills
  • Good communication skills and influencing skills
  • Capable to handle stress and critical issues tactfully.
