Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Global HR to lead and drive our people strategy across multiple regions. This role will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with international labor laws, and developing programs that support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational growth on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Build and ensure consistency in HR policies and practices across different regions while respecting local labor laws and cultures.
  • Responsible for managing employees across multiple countries, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Overseeing and executing HR-related administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and compliance across different regions.
  • Hands On support and execution of HR operation tasks (such as Recruitment, employee experience initiatives, administrative etc.).
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction and retention.
  • Leading global recruitment processes, consolidating hiring needs across regions, and presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in a multinational environment and private companies.
  • Highly interpersonal and emotionally intelligent with a strong ability to build meaningful relationships, foster collaboration, and create a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Proactive individual and with a strong Can do attitude.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach, capable of independently managing tasks and processes from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution without the need for continuous oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Experience managing a team of HR operations across multiple countries/regions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and culturally diverse environment.
  • English- High level- a must
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
