2025 is a pivotal year for us as we evolve from a tech-driven brand into a tastemaker in menswear. Our garments—refined essentials for the modern man—are designed to be worn anywhere, from dressed-up occasions to everyday life. And now, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to shape how we show up online and build an engaged global community of customers and advocates.
About The Role
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll bring Son of a Tailor to life across digital platforms, delivering compelling content that feels fresh, engaging, and authentic. This mid-level role is perfect for a social-first creative who understands how to craft stories that resonate—both visually and through copy.
You’ll have full ownership of organic content on our socials, while also working closely with the team on boosted posts and supporting paid campaigns. You’ll have the autonomy to bring new ideas to life while collaborating with a small but growing creative marketing team (comprised of a Creative Video Producer, Senior Comms Manager, Art Director and team lead) in an empathetic, hierarchy-free environment.
What you’ll do
- Plan content – Own the content calendar, ensuring it aligns with product launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.
- Create and curate content – write, devise, and edit high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Engage and grow community – We are customer obsessed, and want you to be too. You’ll be building meaningful connections with our audience through conversations, collaborations, and trend-driven content.
- Support campaign efforts – Work with the team to ensure a cohesive approach across organic, boosted, and paid content.
- Stay informed – follow channel-specific developments and proactively refine the social media strategy and operations for maximum impact.
- Measure and optimize – Track performance, analyze insights, and refine content to maximize engagement.
About You
- 2–6 years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands.
- A creative eye for photography, videography, and design, with the ability to execute high-quality visuals.
- Strong understanding of platform trends and best practices, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.
- Confident in light video editing and design tasks but comfortable leveraging external support for larger projects.
- A data-driven mindset, using analytics to inform creative decisions.
- A strong storyteller, with copywriting skills that bring brand voice and personality to life.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive—comfortable balancing creativity with strategic thinking.
- Passionate about sustainability, quality craftsmanship, and thoughtful consumption.
