RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the civil engineering team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success

• Develop and implement strategic plans for civil projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of civil structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate civil engineering activities with overall project requirements
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles related to civil projects, maintaining a focus on safety and quality
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor project progress, report on key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement
• Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency

Qualifications

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field

• Master’s degree in civil engineering or business administration (preferred)

Experience

• 25-30 years of experience in the Thermal Power industry
• Demonstrated track record of successful project management and leadership
• Proven experience in civil engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects
