Solution Architect

• Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it
• Providing supervision, blueprints and guidance to development teams
• Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented
• Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have
• Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets
• Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.

Desired Skills & Experience

• At least 5+ years-experience developing and implemementing architecture
• Experience creating and promoting guiding development principles and influencing development teams, business users and management in adoption of technical solutions
• In-depth understanding of a variety of technologies, development platforms and cloud technologies
• Efficient communication and presentation skill
• Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details.
• Experience with institutionalizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across multiple software development teams is a plus
• Very positive optimistic attitude & team spirit
