- Duties and Responsibilities :
Strategic planning for land procurement as per requirement for mining operation, Liaison with govt. dept. like revenue, forest & panchayat, Follow-up for entries of land resisted by company in revenue records, taking of physical possession over the purchased land, calculation of land revenue tax for NA land & other land, maintaining all land records and also helping to NCCL actuation land and settlement.

- Should have worked in the land department at least for 3-5 yrs.
- Purchase of land as per plant requirement and acquisition of government land for industrial use.
- Liaison with government officials and stakeholders.
- To assist in regards to land related matters.
- Ensuring demarcation and possession of land purchased directly / awarded through govt. order.
- Having good communication skill and preparing I approvals for the land acquisitions.
- Responsible for monitoring & Implementation of Land acquisition policies,
- Direct Land Purchase,
- Documentation,
- Liaison with local & govt. stake holders for land acquisition.
- Upkeep and maintenance of land records.
- Must know the local language.
- Goals / KRA to be assigned:
- Planning for land procurement.
- Preparation & registration for the purchase of land.
- Identification of land for the purchase as per mine requirement Collection and verification of revenue records of land Verifying of land owner & registration of land.
- Entries for ownership in revenue records.
- Application for obtaining 54-C permission from Collectorate.
- Application for entry in revenue record after Sale Deed & obtaining 55-B Certificate
- and 65 Certificate for the NA.
- Issuance of revenue records on the name of company & verification of same.
- Taking physical possession on land dozing of the purchased land.
- Monthly MIS, Land related reports, Budget, Capex etc.
Maintaining Relation with Govt. Dept. Regular visiting & meeting with the Govt. officials for land related matters.
