We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior 3D Visualiser. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, expertise in conceptualising within the 3D space, and proficiency in using design software such as Blender, Autodesk, Adobe, D5 Render and Keyshot. You should be capable of translating conceptual ideas into detailed visualisations and possess a deep understanding of materials, modelling, and lighting.

Job Description
- Assist in creating 3D models of lighting products and architectural environments
- Work on Rendering and texturing to produce photorealistic images and animations
- Support the development of Product Animations for marketing and presentations
- Optimize 3D assets for real-time visualisation and efficient rendering.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure accuracy in models
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualisation
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging product engineering skills to meet deadlines and project milestones effectively
- Collaborate closely with our London-based Marketing team and provide support for technical demands within the Dubai team
- Actively participating in the creativity and design process, leveraging visualisation expertise to contribute innovative solutions
- Engaging with cross-functional teams including technical, products, and sales to ensure designs align with brief, specifications and market requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Ensure the products and designs meet company standards & specifications
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical-related field (i.e. engineering, product design, 3d design, etc).
- Demonstrated proficiency in 3D-related software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Keyshot, D5 Render, Blender, SketchUp, 3ds Max and Fusion 360
- Minimum 1-year experience in a 3D visual role, with a robust understanding of design development methodologies, particularly through product demonstration, application, and marketing.
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and product development.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities, coupled with a proactive approach to task ownership and project management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and present them in a simple and aesthetic way.
- Possess a creative outlook with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Passionate about marketing, engineering, and innovation within the industry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with real-time rendering or VR visualization is a bonus
