Mission
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer junior to join our internal product development team at Samy. As part of a growing digital marketing agency, you will collaborate with our multidisciplinary product development team to design user experiences that are innovative, user-centered, and visually appealing.
The ideal candidate has a user-centered design approach and is skilled at translating business goals into high-quality digital solutions. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and digital strategists to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
Job Functions

Collaborate with the product development team to design web and mobile interfaces that align the user experience with business goals.

Conduct user research and usability studies to identify opportunities for improvement in digital products.

Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to demonstrate the structure and functionality of digital products.

Design visually impactful user interfaces (UI), ensuring consistency in brand identity and usability.

Work with the development team to ensure the correct implementation of designs in the final products.

Iterate and improve digital products based on user feedback and key performance metrics.

Ensure that designs comply with best practices for accessibility and web standards.
Requirements

At least 1-2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a digital agency or similar environment.

Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.

Experience with prototyping software and wireframing tools.

Deep understanding of UX, UI, and user-centered design principles.

Ability to interpret digital product performance metrics (KPIs) and usability data.

Ability to work collaboratively with developers, strategists, and project managers.

Excellent communication skills to present and justify design decisions to various stakeholders.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS (desirable but not required).

Academic Background:
