Job Summary

We are hiring a personal assistant for a busy mother in the Blue Ridge/Crown Hill area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to laundry, dishes, general home organization/errands, vendor management, and various administrative tasks (scheduling, calendar management). The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, an eye for organizational systems , attention-to-detail, can work side by side with the client as well as take initiative to complete tasks with a genuine love to help others and a sense of humor.

Hours: 15 hours per week. Three days on-site with additional remote work throughout the week. Monday/Wednesday/Friday is preferred, hours are flexible but must be between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm

Compensation: $28 – $31 per hour, based on experience.

Location: Blue Ridge/Crown Hill. This is an on-site position, and candidates must live in the greater Seattle area.

Start Date: ASAP.

Role Description

Your role will involve:

  • Performing household tasks such as laundry, dishes, and general tidying.
  • Implementing home organization solutions.
  • Managing errands such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, processing returns and more.
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
  • Scheduling and managing special home projects and maintenance.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Hold a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle for client errands
