Duties & Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and lead the interview process, manage assessments, and conduct reference checks.
- Create and post job listings on various platforms, including company careers page, job boards, and industry-specific sites.
- Develop compelling job descriptions and advertisements that attract top talent.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling diverse positions.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview methodologies.
