The purpose of this role is to maintain employee records and process employee requests in line with the policy and processes while maintaining internal customer service standards.

Strategic

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational

  • Regular Inspection of Vehicle and drivers and ensures the quality is maintained set by the Transport Authority.
  • Conduct regular field trips to inspect the different taxi stations and ensures their compliance with quality guidelines.
  • Conduct regular field checkup for Black Trips and appropriate action against the violated drivers.
  • Investigate and action on Drivers in violation.
  • Ensure the implementation of quality guidelines mandated by Transport Authority and activities of quality control are in line with overall organization objectives.
  • Assist Drivers on site with any issues (Vehicle / Customer complaints) and guide them appropriately.
  • Prepare reports, ensuring they are compiled as per the policies and procedures of the department.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

  • High School Certification / Diploma.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
