  • Develop & execute the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and hands-on execution to monitoring and post-campaign reporting for SPayLater, SLoan for Buyer and/or other credit products under SeaMoney.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve user conversion and traffic.
  • Work closely with Business Development, Operations, and various teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.
  • Identify key trends and effective campaign mechanics that drive engagement and sales for SPayLater on the app and in retail stores.
  • On-Ground Activations & Event Management – Plan, execute, and manage on-ground activations, roadshows, and corporate events to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Oversee 360° event activations, ensuring seamless execution from planning to post-event evaluation.
  • External Partnerships & Collaborations – Coordinate with external partners and inter-departmental teams to develop strategic collaborations that support business growth.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, E-Commerce, Marketing, Event Planning, or On-Ground Activations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in managing sponsorships and partnership management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power point, Word & Excel.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent English proficiency with strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Analytical and comfortable with numbers, able to derive insights for decision-making.
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required
  • Exposure to credit products related experience will be advantageous
