Job Description
A Territory Manager, is responsible for the P&L of a cohort of Livpreneurs across a region/city. The TM has the ownership on Client Satisfaction of all projects across the territory and will be managing a Team of ~ 6 Territory Assistant Managers to drive tactical initiatives across the Territory.
- Managing the sales funnel, TAT and SOP adherence.
- Developing and executing the Livpreneur Success Strategy in the territory.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the right steps for growth across the respective Territory as per demand.
- Enabling Livpreneurs to achieve their qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Meeting (online/Offline in future) with Livpreneurs to understand & solve their concerns on a regular basis.
- Build and scale a high-performing team of Livpreneurs responsible for a predictable and sustainable business.
Skills And Expertise
- Graduation is any stream.
- 5+ years of work experience in Business Development and Growth with a minimum 1 year in B2C Sales.
- Strong in multi-tasking & managing complex Ops structures.
- Strong in Sales & BD; Willing to Travel across India/Region of India.
- Strong leadership and people skills.
- Extremely high level of ownership around the Targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred if coming from a Home interior background.
