At Ecovantage, our Compliance Officers are at the heart of our Organisation.

Ecovantage supports businesses to reduce their operating costs by upgrading their lighting to more efficient energy saving models that lift the ambience quality of their space whilst reducing the carbon footprint.

The Role

We are currently seeking a full-time Compliance Officer in either Abbotsford, Melbourne or North Sydney to review and audit activities within the National and State based energy saving schemes.

Our Compliance Officers are fully trained in the schemes, the industry specific software applications and will learn to check each upgrade meets a standard list of specifications – best of all, applicants do not need to possess compliance experience. The more experienced and confident an Officer becomes, the more complex the work and the opportunity to conduct site visits.

The Main Responsibilities Of The Role

  • General administrative duties including electronic filing of documents, photo evidence and responding to emails;
  • Checking installation documents such as photo evidence, forms and Excel documents to ensure data integrity;
  • Understanding and preparing floor plans;
  • Phoning and emailing customers and fieldworkers concerning the specifics of each claim;
  • Attending sites to perform field audits;
  • Tracking project progress and reporting in weekly team meetings;
  • Creating and managing partner files and registers;
  • Timely and accurate communication to internal and external stakeholders.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • High level of problem solving and analytical thinking;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills with the ability to navigate around various systems;
  • Effective communication;
  • Active listening skills with the ability to explore needs and find solutions;
  • The ability to plan, manage and prioritise your time;
  • Recognise the impact you have on others;
  • Drivers Licence.
