We are seeking a dedicated Research Analyst to join our team and focus on employee experience and engagement deliverables for various clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, survey design, data visualization and workforce research. This role involves analyzing employee feedback, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve workplace culture and employee experience.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Delivery of client work:

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Design and administer surveys, conduct interviews, and gather data from various sources for a variety of employee lifecycle projects like: employee engagement, employee experience, Leadership assessments, 360 feedback, DEI, competency model development etc.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Interpret data to generate actionable insights, create data visualizations, and present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to employee engagement initiatives, from planning to implementation and evaluation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • For this role candidates will have proven research, analytical and process skills that can be used to deliver varying types of client assignment. The ability to lead multiple deliveries and projects across different geographies teams within deadlines is a must. Examples of typical work include:

Proposal and bid support:

  • Individuals will be expected to support the development of proposals and competitive bids for new work. This will include undertaking focused research, ongoing liaison, and interaction as part of a proposal/bid team and preparation of output to a high standard in MS Powerpoint and Word.

Practice management:

  • We encourage all team members to involve themselves in supporting the practice. This may include service and product development, knowledge management or recruitment for the team.
  • Maintenance and update of data libraries

Others:

  • Research external and internal data to prepare benchmarks and communicate trends and best practices.
  • To work closely with clients and engagement teams and develop actionable insights & result.
  • Use of business knowledge to examine the effectiveness of client’s operations and to communicate conclusions. Develop reports and analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Should be able to challenge conventional thought, offer unique perspectives and conceive more innovative solutions for client.
  • Updating process documents with the latest updated received from clients end and sharing the same with team members.
  • Works on gathering and interpreting relevant data, investigating issues, finding root causes, and develops reports/insights for the clients.
