The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Initiating and implementing internal projects for the development of the company’s product, including casino products (slots, live casino) and sportsbook.
- Managing promotions and bonus programs: development, testing, and performance analysis.
- Improving user experience through data analysis, scenario research, and implementation of changes.
- Monitoring project progress, analyzing risks, and promptly addressing emerging issues.
- Organizing the work of a cross-functional team: assigning tasks to analysts, QA, developers, documenting agreements, and tracking deadlines.
- Gathering and updating requirements from internal and external stakeholders, providing feedback.
- Monitoring key metrics (GGR, NGR, Retention, MAU, bet amount, deposit amount) and formulating growth hypotheses.
- Preparing regular reports on project status and task completion for management.
- Creating and maintaining an internal knowledge base and updating documentation.
Ideal Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in product management in B2C (web, mobile).
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Experience in iGaming, blockchain, or cryptocurrency projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to adapt them to business needs.
- Data analysis skills: working with key metrics, formulating and testing hypotheses.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Technical skills (e.g., knowledge of SQL or API) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment, attention to detail, and proactivity.
