Senior Business Analyst

The Role

• Validate Documented Business Requirements
• Support the Implementation of JIRA
• Develop Solution Design in Collaboration with the Solution Architect
• Support Data Cleansing Activities
• Continue to Support the Solution Design, Development, Testing, and UAT as the Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Your Profile

Key Skills/knowledge/experience

• Demonstrable experienced in analysis of complex business requirements.
• Demonstrable experienced in validating requirements from cross-functional user groups and users at different levels of responsibility from administration to senior management.
• Good exposure in writing business requirements and user stories as well as configuring JIRA and support the JIRA workflows.
• Validation and approval of Business requirements documentation.
• Demonstrable experience in designing data model & mapping requirements between new and old systems.
• Demonstrable experience in mentoring and guiding junior business analysts.
• Proven ability in supporting Solution Design, Development, Testing, and UAT as the SME.

Candidate MUST HAVE

• Minimum of a bachelors degree in for the Business Analysts (Preferably in Business Administration or Information Technology
• A minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in Business Analysis

Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp1G, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
