  • Act as the company’s face in Thailand, managing operations, fostering business development, and maximizing profitability within the region.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders including regional and country brand teams, operations, CRM, risk management, and agency teams. Liaise with the head office and compile comprehensive reports regularly.
  • Conduct thorough research on the country/region and adjust strategies accordingly. Implement an effective brand strategy ensuring consistency across all operations. Oversee measurement and optimization of owned media assets.
  • Develop annual budgets and comprehensive marketing plans. Drive revenue and profit targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Oversee external partners’ performance, SLAs, billing, and finances. Cultivate relationships to improve site performance.
  • Develop the roadmap for owned marketing strategies incorporating newer technologies such as apps, metaverse, and mini-programs. Lead integration in social commerce initiatives.
  • Serve as the regional expert on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, GA4, and GTM. Provide insights on website performance to related teams.
  • Contribute to corporate-level strategic projects as required.
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor staff, ensuring high performance and growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Digital Marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia digital ecosystem.
  • Experience in Performance Marketing is essential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are a must; proficiency in Thai, Mandarin, Vietnamese or other languages is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix environment is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel overseas for business meetings and training at least 3 days monthly.
  • Travel allowances, airfare, and accommodation are covered by the company.
