  • Serve as the face of the company in the Philippines, overseeing operations, fostering business growth, and maximizing profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and country brand teams, operations, CRM, risk management, agency teams, and head office for comprehensive reporting.
  • Conduct thorough research on the Philippines market and adapt strategies accordingly. Implement and maintain a robust brand strategy ensuring uniformity.
  • Develop annual budgets, create detailed marketing plans, and drive revenue and profit targets on a regular basis.
  • Supervise external partners’ performance, SLAs, billing, and finance. Cultivate partnerships to enhance site performance.
  • Spearhead marketing strategy development involving new technologies like apps, metaverse, and social commerce.
  • Act as the regional expert on platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, GA4, and GTM. Provide insights on website performance to relevant teams.
  • Contribute to high-level strategic projects within the company.
  • Lead the recruitment, management, and mentoring of staff, ensuring optimal performance and growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Digital Marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippines’ digital ecosystem.
  • Essential expertise in Performance Marketing.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Filipino or other local languages is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix environment is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel overseas for business meetings and training at least 3 days monthly.
  • Travel allowances, airfare, and accommodation are covered by the company.
