Virtual Enrollment Specialist for a Digital Health Company in the US (Home Based Full Time)

Job Description

Outbound Calling to Patients:

  • Conduct proactive outreach to senior citizens to enroll them in our chronic care program.
  • Provide detailed information about the benefits and services of our program to potential enrollees.
  • Address any questions or concerns patients may have during the call.

Inbound Call Handling

  • Answer incoming calls from patients seeking information about our services.
  • Provide support and guidance to patients calling in with inquiries or issues.
  • Ensure all inbound calls are handled promptly and professionally.

Data Management

  • Accurately record patient information and call outcomes in our system.
  • Maintain and update patient records to ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

Follow-Up Communications

  • Conduct follow-up calls to patients who have expressed interest but have not yet enrolled.
  • Send follow-up emails or messages to patients as required, providing additional information or reminders.

Must Haves

  • Experience in a customer service or patient engagement role, preferably within the healthcare or telehealth industry. If not, then in a role where lot of interaction with customers on calls.
  • Proven track record of successfully handling outbound and inbound calls.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to speak clearly and slowly.
  • Ability to explain complex healthcare information in a simple, empathetic manner that is easy for senior citizens to understand.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Flexible availability to accommodate different time zones and patient schedules.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Home Office Requirements
