Job Description

  • Work with Digital Marketing teams to improve social media advertisement performance.
  • Collaborate with different departments to strategise, plan and create content for clients’ social media.
  • Monitor daily for social media sentiment and brand positioning.
  • Maintain campaign reporting, metrics, and site analysis, and oversee execution of campaign schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI).
  • Identify opportunities of improvement and engagement to help clients expand brand awareness.
  • Assist seniors in creating reports with analytics to send to stakeholders for regular updates on content performance.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Advertising/Media.
  • Experience in strategising and optimising paid media strategies across platforms like Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, YouTube, and third-party ad platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are a must; proficiency in Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese or other languages is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other analytic tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of online marketing tools.
  • Additional advantage: Background in marketing agency, e-commerce, partner relationships, or dropshipping business.
