Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience Delivery and Customer Experience Management.
- To ensure all customers are greeted and warm welcome extended.
- Interacting with Customers with a Proactive approach.
- High on Styling quotient- should be able to help customers with Styling solutions.
- Revenue generation
- Achieve sales targets with Focus on all KPI’s.
- Reach out to customers to be in Touch.
- Strong Follow up skills and able to generate sales Transactions.
- Store Operations and Merchandise Management
- Participate and contribute to Store processes and Visual Merchandising.
- Learn the Operational procedures for the store.
- Manage merchandise recovery, replenishments.
