across our Asia and Latin America locations. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing
strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and optimize the performance of our
virtual kitchen brands. The ideal candidate has deep regional expertise, strong analytical skills, and the
ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for virtual kitchen brands across
Asia and Latin America.
- Leverage data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and prioritize
campaigns.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media,
influencer partnerships, email marketing and in-app marketing.
- Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all virtual kitchen brands in
both regions.
- Adapt global marketing assets to align with local cultural and consumer preferences.
- Performance Optimization
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost
(CAC), return on investment (ROI), and brand engagement.
- Continuously optimize marketing strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce
churn.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, culinary, and product
development, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Partner with local delivery platforms and aggregators to enhance visibility and
promotions.
- Regional Expertise
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitive landscapes,
and emerging trends in the food delivery and virtual kitchen industry.
- Tailor campaigns to resonate with diverse cultural nuances in Asia and Latin America.
- Budget Management
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across regions and campaigns.
- Ensure spending aligns with strategic priorities and delivers measurable results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on food delivery, virtual kitchens, or ecommerce.
- Proven track record of managing multi-regional marketing campaigns, particularly in Asia and
Latin America.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
