Our Focus-Track Graduate Programme is an 18-month journey designed to unleash your full potential, offering three rotations, including an international assignment. This unique opportunity will immerse you in Julius Baer’s global network, provide hands-on experience, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.

Your team

Join the Information Technology Asia division and become part of the Software Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE). During your journey, you will gain experience and insight into Application Development, Software Architecture, Platform Engineering, The Cloud, Event Driven Programming and much more.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Get involved with Front-end development for mobile / web applications
  • Take on Microservice-based API development * Leverage Test-driven development / Behaviour-driven development automation frameworks
  • Work in a global agile team with DevOps tools, frameworks, and processes
  • Learn about Kubernetes container platforms and cloud architecture
  • Expand your skills with event driven programming and Kafka
  • Get involved in delivering solution leveraging power of Azure
  • Get involved in building Enterprise IT platforms that application teams will put to use to solve biz problems

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree or above from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in computer science, engineering, or related fields (graduation max. 12 months ago)
  • Initial practical experience in software development with a focus on clean efficient code
  • Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
  • A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
  • Fluency in English with additional languages being a plus
  • Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
