We are looking for a talented individual to join our National Key Accounts Group.

As National Key Accounts Executive, you will support the Senior Key Accounts Executive in the development of convenience stores to be in a sustainable and competitive advantage versus competition by ensuring perfect stores executions in all stores.

Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts to drive sales growth and achieve volume targets.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategies tailored to each key account, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and potential challenges, formulating proactive action plans.

Sales Execution: Ensure the effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and merchandising activities, to enhance product visibility and availability.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess account performance through sales data analysis, preparing reports, and presenting insights to senior management.

Who We’re Looking For

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in any business related course.
• Experience in key account management within the FMCG sector is a plus.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling.
• You must be amenable to doing regular fieldwork, you have a valid driver’s license, and have at least 1 year of driving experience.
• You must be amenable to be assigned in Taguig, with Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am to 5:30pm work schedule.
